VIP = Very Important Person. We know that some techs are still struggling even tho the economy has been making improvements, so for the month of January only we are offering 2011 prices for the 2014 Nail Tech Event of the Smokies. We had to call it something, even tho all nail techs are VIP's to us, hence the name "VIP Registration"!
