One of my clients was going on holiday. We did her nails and toes in Shellac's Tutti Fruitti. She came back from holiday this week. Almost all the the pigment from her toes is gone, the colour was gone in just a few days. It looks like she's wearing a top gloss only with a bit of sheer pink around the sidewalls....but on some toes there is no colour at all. The finger nails are fine. I used the same UV light (CND), same bottle of gel polish. The only difference is....on her hands it is Shellac over gel nails (brisa) the toes are Shellac on natural nail.
Any ideas on what's going on here. I'm having to redo her at no charge next week. It would be nice to have some explanation of what might have happened.
