I'm an independent nail tech in a rural area. I've used it on three different clients consistently. One had major damage from acrylics. Her nails after four months are much better and have grown past the damage and we are now hoping for length. One has splitting nails and are better, but she's a hands on farmer and is very hard on her nails so she still has lots of breakage, but the splitting/peeling is much better. The other had damage but likes to wear gel polish. I could never get the gel polish to wear the whole two weeks if I used IBX first. So she preferred the gel polish and discontinued the IBX. I had tried IBX on two other gel polish customers and could not get their gel polish to stay on either. Not sure why, but I never contacted the manufacturer either.
