Hi Debi, For my Vinylux French manis I usually use Neglige or Beau as the base, and Cream Puff if you want a bright white tip. I find that I get great coverage with either of the above pinks with one coat, try and see. Dry time should not be much longer if you use thin coats. Wear definitely depends on the client. I have some that can go 3 weeks and some that only go 5-6 days....average though I would say 12-14 days chip free.
