I exclusively use zoya, and have not had this problem. I did have a bottle 
break and ruin the entire box of 6 colors. I contacted their customer service 
and they sent a full replacement. After they issued the replacement, she asked 
for pictures so she could send them to their packaging department to try and 
prevent it from happening again.
