Hi Teks, I had a client bring in a Sally Hansen Nail Art pen for me to do art on her nails. She said she bought it at Target for about $5. It works GREAT!!!!! Very fine point, and it does NOT have a felt tip! Its like a hard plastic tip that puts just the right amount of polish on the nail! I was impressed! I was just at Shopko, and saw they had them on sale for $3.59 each! I bought one of every color! Let me know what you think! I don't like using retail nail art pens, however, they are far superior to any that I have in my nail art drawer! Pam Nail Designs Ohio
