There is a F R E E cookie guide and has so many great ideas for making better cookies. http://www.preparedpantry.com/cookieinfopage.htm Recipe of the Day APPLE CRISP 6 c. sliced apples 1/3 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. melted margarine 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. all purpose flour 1/3 c. butter or margarine Mix together apples, 1/3 cup sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted butter. Place in greased 8" square baking dish; set aside. Combine 3/4 cup sugar and flour, cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm with whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
