Peach Dip
1 pint of peaches chopped
1/2 cup sugar or Splenda
Mix these together really well and put in refrigerator
1 onion chopped well
1 bunch cilantro chopped well
2 jalapenos ( I take out the seeds but leave them in if you want
extra kick) chopped well
1 pint cherry tomatoes chopped up well or 6 Roma tomatoes chopped up
well
2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
6 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Mix it all together, add to peach mixture. Refrigerator for at least
an hour. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
It seems like the combination is strange, but the taste is very
unique and delicious together with the sweet and the spicy. You will
get tons of compliments and people asking for your recipe!!
