Recipe of the Day
Parmesan Crusted Chicken from Hellman's Mayonnaise
1/2 cup of
mayonnaise (may use light)
1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
4 chicken breast
halves, boneless, skinless
4 tsp. Italian Seasoned bread crumbs
In
medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and cheese. On baking sheet arrange chicken and
top with mayonnaise/cheese mixture and sprinkle on break crumbs. Bake at 425
degrees for 20 minutes or until chicken is throughly done.
