The site will be down off and on today and tomorrow. I have to delete
everything on the site and reload the backup.
I am sorry if this is an inconvience to anyone. It can not be avoided.
If I can get the site back online and working correctly the newsletter
will be sent out. If not I will devote my time to getting the database
on the site working again.
