Totally agree, I'm willing to bet because of Cogent's bad behavior HE will
never follow that trend. You might need to look at the previous post, he
has a grievance with HE not giving remote v6 bgp tunnels away anymore, they
were for early v6 testing but ended up getting abused so HE discontinued
them.
