[NANOG] Downtown Los Angeles - Dark Fiber & DWDM Companies between buildings?

Morning,

I am looking for dark fiber companies who operate out of Downtown Los 
Angeles that can offer us dark fiber service between some of the major 
buildings. Looking for any feedback, good or bad, from any providers 
people have worked with in the past -- happy to chat on and off list.

We want to connect from One Wilshire (624 S Grand Ave) to the Aon 
Building (707 Wilshire Blvd) -- about 500 feet line of sight / 1 city 
block.
