Three of our locations with Cogent Internet service are unable to access a web
site. Three of our non-Cogent locations are able to access the site just fine.
We get the error message below, and I don't know enough about this to tell if
the issue is with Cogent, with a CDN, or with the web server. Can anyone offer
insight? Here is the error we get: You don't have permission to access
"http://waf-failover.macys.com/prod/WAF_Failover/WAF_error_page.html?"; on this
