Bootstrap problem. You need the ASN/prefix list to go onto the box before
it can do anything, and you need to keep updating it.
And yes, the TE aspect is going to be a big pushback, as this would mean
lots of tricks people use today wouldn't work anymore. We have an deaggr
ratio of close to 3 vs optimal, and your proposal would basically take
away that tool.
