Could someone from Microsoft AS8075 reach out to us off list?  We've been 
having a number of customers complaining because their Xbox is saying it "Can't 
get a Teredo IP address".  Seems to be related to the DNS response the client 
gets, as we've been able to work around the issue by trying different DNS 
providers.

One of our network admins has been battling this while I've been out on 
vacation the past two weeks.  Some of the customers are able to replicate the 
issue when using their cell provider, so it's not limited to just our network 
having this issue.

We have some packet captures we can share, and an employee who is able to 
replicate the issue at their house for further testing.

Attempting to contact Microsoft via other routes hasn't gotten him anywhere.
