With additional information supplied by OP, our guys were able to isolate the 
problem, and it’s to do with a more-specific of the zone OP was querying also 
being served as authoritative from the same server…  so it’s not a general 
problem, but we now have enough information to resolve it.  We’ll report back 
to OP and ARIN as soon as the resolution is in place.  Since it’s specific to 
OP’s zone, I’m assuming all of NANOG doesn’t need the specifics.
