iirc, most of the major retailers use Akamai. Check against https://whatismyip.akamai.com/advanced to see what their records show.
Unfortunately, I’m not sure how to correct that data if it is indeed incorrect… but I have seen many cases where Akamai’s data is incorrect… even moreso than the ipinfo folks that think traceroute is a valid way to geolocate.
