        AMSTERDAM, June 27 (Reuters) - U.S. telecoms giant AT&T is no longer 
        interested in bidding for Europe's largest data network that was 
        owned by bankrupt KPNQwest because of legal and ownership issues, 
        sources close to the talks said on Thursday.
