Paul is speaking from experience, having dealt with altogether too many people who *do* believe that services Spamcop should be liable... Even if it isn't a *legal* liability where you're forced to pay out damages, having to carry '$100,000 legal fees' on the balance sheet is an accounting liability, not an asset....
