Hi guys, we (1280) have a prefix missing from 701's routing tables that harms us quite a bit. I've tried contacting the obvious email addresses with details, but got zero response (I've checked the spamtrap) inside 24 hours.
Is there a better way to contact the actual NOC than [email protected] ? Thanks for any help, Elmar.
