Hello all, I'm tracking down an VPN issue for a user whose path to us crosses a Zayo router ( ae14.cs3.ord2.us.zip.zayo.com ) which is showing a crazy amount of packet loss in the 90% range. Is there Anyone on list from Zayo who could confirm or deny what I'm seeing?
