Does anyone from GoDaddy lurk here? We’re getting multiple reports of GoDaddy-hosted websites being intermittently unreachable, but inconsistently – one IP can load a site, the next IP can’t, even two different outbound NAT addresses on the same link will have different results. This smells like a hashing-involved problem to me, which will be (already is) difficult to troubleshoot.
