I have Digital Element in my own internal wiki page for managing/documenting IP geolocation services headaches.
Searching them up on my page I see noted they have a contact us form that specifically lists "IP Address Data Update" as a contact reason. We acquired a /19 in July that we just started pushing out to customers, it is still geolocating back to the previous owner on Sling TV, despite publishing the prefix in our geofeed.
