We're having trouble with customers on AT&T/Cingular Wireless SPID 6214 calling into numbers that have ported into us that have our LRN. We had a similar issue in July that resolved itself after several weeks, but it has started back up again. Native/non-ported numbers of ours can be called just fine but not any that have ported into us that have our LRN. Was wondering if anybody from AT&T/Cingular Wireless SPID 6214 monitors this list and can contact me off-list or point me in the right direction for further details so we can hopefully troubleshoot and resolve these issues between us.
