Our NOC reported at 2:00AM MPLS "blips" on some of our networks
because of AT&T stating that "there is currently country-wide planned
maintenance that is affecting a large number of circuits, he [AT&T
person answering the request for clarification] did not clarify which
ones." We have received no communication in this regard. Anybody else
knowing anything about this?
