Anybody Verizon.net mail admins around? I have a downstream customer on a newly-deployed IP allocation that can't get to pop.verizon.net (connections just time out). She can surf elsewhere, she can take the same computer to another location (different IP block) and it works, so it appears something on Verizon is filtering out the IP space (from 107.190.192.0/20).
