Make sure you're running the (CVS) version of nano-X that has the "quit server" command commented out - this was the case when both mouse buttons were pressed at the same time. Otherwise, it seems that there may be a race condition in the code in GsCheckMouse where the global state of the buttons is kept. Can you describe what happens in more detail, other than the system "hangs".
