Run bin/mdemo. that executable is built with the win32 API and doesn't require a server to run. If it doesn't run, then you have issues either with the framebuffer, or your mouse/keyboard. : The error we encountered at this stage: unable to execute binary /bin/convbdf. That's because bni/convbdf is supposed to be compiled and run on the host only, and is used to convert .bdf files. Take one thing at a time, and try to get bin/mdemo running to determine your first problem.
