Nanogui is basically a set of source code files (plus many utilities and
demos) that helps programmers to write portable programs which have to
deal with a graphic environment (windows, events, mouse, keyboard,
etc.). See also www.wxwidgets.org to have an idea what a much huger
_library_ can be. Nanogui is neither a stand-alone o.s. nor a program to
install.

You can build win32 applications which can be run on windows. Nanogui is
not an operating system.
