I (newbie) found that when simply creating a window (with decoration) same can't be moved by mouse-cations of the user (nor closed, nor....). So you need to create some code in the application to allow the user to move the window or do any other actions on it.
I did not find out yet how to do this. Question: Is there some standard (library) code I just can copy into the application to allow things like moving, resizing, closing, ...
