to take korean language input from key board. is there any kbd_ttyscan.c driver modification required.

There was a contribution for keyboard IME... ime-beta-1.patch, which included support for chinese input. You might look at this to determine how to add Korean IME. I'll send this patch against a previous version to you in a separate email.
