I saved a copy a few years back. It's on the microwindows.org source code web page, under Compatible-Libraries -
ftp://microwindows.censoft.com/pub/microwindows/Compatible-Libraries/ Be forewarned, however that it needs a few tweaks to compile. There may be a patch as well somewhere, I'd have to look.
