NXLIB doesn't read fonts.scale when searching for fonts, only
the fonts.dir and fonts.alias files.  The information in fonts.dir
will show a -*- for the size field, thus allowing NXLIB to know
that the font is scaleable.  I never did figure out what the purpose
of fonts.scale is for...
