[nant-dev] NAnt & NAntContrib Dist

I’d like to suggest that NAnt distribute the latest stable-release NAntContrib assemblies in the bin folder. This way NAnt users will be given all available tasks.   I’m not sure about docs and such; I guess we can come back to this when we have a valid structure for the NAntContrib dist.
