In addition we need tests for onsuccess/failure too.

I've written tests for Property, Delete, Echo, and Script. If all goes
well I will probably get to Move, Mkdir, Call and Fail later today.

All of the tests need a second look and some beef'n up. It would be good
if all tests had summaries that described what they tested.
