I'm not sure what you mean. I just opened nant.build and
examples\examples.build in notepad and they look fine. If I turn on/off
word-wrap they act as expected. (Using a hex editor I see lines ending
with "0D 0A" ~ "CR LF")

NOTE: The nightly snapshots are not actual builds, just cvs source zips.
It is possible there is something there that is a little wacky.

Can you post an example (a line or two) of what you are seeing?

BTW. I don't know of any plan to change this in the first place. :)
