Yeah,
I thought the same thing. It runs fine from a 1.1 install. but the test will fail if vj# isn't installed. Thats not really a concern though. Maybe we can setup the test so it doesn't run if VJ# isn't installed.
I'm ready to commit it though based on any other comments.

The code and unit tests look good for style and completeness. I'm in the process of getting VJ# set up so I can't run the test just yet.
For a task related to VJ# (or something else not part of the default .NET install), should this be a loadable task? Someone without the VJ# install would get a failed test in this case.
