Hi, I've been trying
to use the solution task and hit a snag with some source I'm using from a third
party.
In GetDependentResourceNameCSharp a regex is used to build up the proper
resource name for the accompanying resx file. In the case of the third
party source, it looks like this (namespace names have been changed to protect
the innocent)
#if
WEB
namespace
a.b.webui.foo
#else
namespace
a.b.windows.foo
#endif
I'm compiling
without WEB being defined, and the resulting generated name isn't a legal file
name, but a mishmosh of #if tags, the wrong namespace, and some comment
text. I could modify the source to exclude the #if stuff, but I'd rather
not, as it will cause merge hell for new updates of the 3rd party source.
Ideas?
maybe we could run
the c preprocessor on the input file before scanning it for the
namespace?
Thanks,
Eric
