[nant-dev] csc.exe file not found

I have downloaded NAnt 0.84 and unzipped them into a new subdirectory.  I
have also added the \bin information to my path.

When I try a build I receive an error stating:

                BUILD FAILED
                [csc] C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.0.3705\csc.exe
failed to start
                The system cannot find the file specified

When I look for that file it is not in the above directory, however it is in
the v1.1.4322 subdirectory.  How do I get NAnt to point to the correct
subdirectory?
