I have a quick question that I haven't found in the docs yet - is there a way to specific include paths for headers and libraries for C++ projects if I'm using the <solution> task?

Well, I found it.
While trying to get VS to compile things correctly, I had added an extra reference to one of the projects in the solution. Turns out this created a circular reference/dependency problem that VS didn't pick up on. So, removing that reference (which wasn't really needed in the first place) fixed the nant crash.
I'd be interested in that test too ;-)
