It's been nearly a year since the last release candidate, and at least a
month since the last nightly build.

The .NET 2.0 (final) has shipped.
Mono is up to 1.1.13 on all supported platforms.
NUnit is up to 2.2.7 on all platforms.
Over 3/4 of the 0.8 targets and 1/2 the 0.9 targets have been marked
"done".

I'd suggest that the time is ripe for a new release and a revision of
the roadmap. Aside from the broken nightly builds, is there anything
that would be a showstopper?
