Here it is!

I checked the problem by localy modified NAnt source. I just rip off
VSWebCache folder from
nant\src\NAnt.VSNet\ProjectBase.cs 
public virtual DirectoryInfo ObjectDir {
making both branches for ProjectLocation.Web and ProjectLocation.Local the
same (using "obj" dirs).

Then I fired two nant.exe's simmultaniously, which makes bad output before,
now completes well.

[It was just one pass through all the process, but I believe environment for
race condition was prepared well. I planted that to our corporate
buildserver, so we will be soon sure this is real cause of problems (there
are usually ~10 commits a day = 10 builds)]

If we do not leave the VSWebCache concept, I think this should be well
documented on release. Unless that, I think we could postpone the solution
to next release (1.0?)
