When I set this to a valid config file, the value of AppDomain.CurrentDomain.SetupInformation.Configuration File is not set to that file. Also, the default value is not as documented, it is nant.exe.config with the director of the DLL. The appconfig tag will apply the the provided file, if that file exists.
