It has a embedded resource file (ValidationResources.resx) which CORRECTLY shows inside SOAPMessageValidator.dll as "ValidationResources.resources". When the project is build using NAnt the resource file shows up ".ValidationResources.resources" (with a dot in the begining). As a result the solution which uses SOAPMessageValidator.dll keeps breaking since the resources cannot be found. This problem started happening a couple of weeks back and prior to that everything was working. I would appreciate any help in identifying as to why the resources fil is getting embedded in the DLL with the wrong name (i.e with a dot in the beginning.
