It seems to work, the assembly the current log4net NAnt build file
creates for .NET 3.5 Client Profile seems to work OK (this is the 2.0
framework version with all things System.Web thrown out).  I'm hopeful
the 4.0 version is going to work just as well once we've figured out how
to address the different security models of CAS and .NET 4.0.

Will do.  Right now log4net's NAnt build file is growing into a
copy-paste mess that I'll need to address sooner or later - much of this
is due to me being not that familiar with NAnt and to a certain degree
due to the fact that I do not want to make big changes now.  We have to
get a release out first.
