Several weeks ago I asked Gert what the road map was and if the one on the web site was correct. He stated that it was not and it should be updated by the user community.
So, I sent out an email and volunteered to collect feedback on this and try to put together a road map to define the core Nant functions and what the major and minor version goals were. Unfortunately I received ZERO responses. This was disappointing. That said, the simplest thing to do is to call msbuild from a Nant build file to compile your solution. That said, I'm not even sure what you would gain by having a solution task that supports 2.0 solutions.
