Not exactly, I'm saying that the NAnt executable isn't "aware" of a proper installation of Mono, what's in your NAnt configuration file? Does NAnt function when using the .NET 2.0 framework. I was saying that the problems seem parallel in that pkg-config is required on *nix machines by NAnt to properly "find" the Mono runtime and DLLs, and a similar issue is cropping up on your side of things it seems.
