You can use the NAntContrib <waitforexit> task.
I've only just added this today, but I'll upload a new nightly build asap.

I used the nightly build 2007-03-08 to spawn execution into a worker thread.
That works fine. It even returned me the pid in the pidproperty.
Now, how do I synchronize/wait the completion of the spawned execution?
