Hi Bob,
The answer is no and maybe. It depends on which NAnt dlls that you are
going to need. Only some of the dlls have dependencies on dlls in the lib
tree.
For example NAnt.CompressionTasks.dll depends on
lib\ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll.
