This is currently not possible. For this, we'd need to implement something
like Ant's file mappers:

Is there anything similar to filterchains but to change the filename, rather
than the contents?
For example, during a copy I want to change any files named
web.config.template to web.config? Many files are in the fileset being
copied, not just the one file.
